Gwen Girtman

Gwen D. Girtman, 73, of Noblesville, passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at IU Health Saxony in Fishers.  She was born on December 19, 1948 to Roy B. and Bessie (King) Girtman in Noblesville, Indiana.

Gwen enjoyed flowers, nature, thunderstorms, and Astronomy. She appreciated the simple things, like a great cup of coffee. Gwen's family will always remember her as a selfless person who was helpful and always there when you needed her. She loved her family and her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Theresa Powell, Adam (Melissa) Statzer, Brandon (Shannon Statzer - Wallace) Statzer, Ryan Statzer, Jonathon (Elizabeth) Statzer, and Jeremiah (Salwa) Statzer; sisters, Beverly Girtman and Carolyn Prairie; brothers, Dale Girtman and Chris (Cynthia) Girtman; 9 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Kyle Thomas Powell.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, March 14, 2022 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street in Noblesville, with Rev. Stanley R. Sutton officiating.  Visitation will be from 11:00 am to the time of service at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Arcadia Cemetery in Arcadia.
