Alberta M. Ginder, 76, of Pendleton, passed away on Monday, October 12, 2015 in Albany, GA. She went to be with her husband of 57 years, Ralph Edward Ginder who passed away on March 18, 2015. She was born on August 16, 1939 in Noblesville.
Alberta retired in 2003 after working for the Hamilton County Extension Office for 30 years. She enjoyed 4-H members and leaders; and liked to cross-stitch and sew. She loved doting on her grandchildren & great-grandchildren; and was a member of Whetstone Christian Church in Anderson.
She is survived by her children, Kathy (Jeff) Berry Hoppes, John Ginder, and Tammy (Brad) Forrer; grandchildren, Jason (Jennifer) Berry, Danielle (Mike) Willock, Ashley (Kris) Gustin, Johnny Ginder, and Baylee (Brian) Robertson; great-grandchildren, Jace & Hallie Kate Berry, Tucker, Ragan & Porter Willock, Braden & Brinley Gustin, and Brianna & Reese Robertson; siblings, Eugene (Anita) Beck, Ruth (Joe) Berry, and Rose Ann (Sam) Edrington; and several nieces & nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her mother, Maxine Beck; and brother & sister-in-law, Richard & Linda Hicks.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, October 17, 2015, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Pastor Steve Gettinger will officiate. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
