Alex James Dunn

Alex James Dunn, 17, of Fishers, went to be with his Lord and Savior, on Monday, November 16, 2015 at home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 11, 1998 to Brad and Giennie (Kelley) in Omaha, Nebraska.
Alex was a junior at Hamilton Southeastern Schools and was involved in a work-study program at the Fishers YMCA; and was a member of Crosspoint Church in Fishers where he was active in the youth group. He was involved in the 'Best Buddy' program at Hamilton Southeastern High School and was a big animal lover. He loved basketball, video games and hanging with his friends; and enjoyed watching racing, especially Indy Cars. He also liked horseback riding.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Bradley Dunn; grandparents, Virginia Kelley, Karen Dunn, and Jim Dunn; aunts & uncles, Scott (Lynn) Dunn, Chris (Christi) Dunn, Claudia Kelley, Cathie (Garry) Phillips and Jack (Carmen) Kelley; his loving dog, Sheba; his guinea pigs, Bella & Sunshine; and his cousin animals, Tres (cat) and Thorin (Newfoundland dog).
Alex was preceded in death by a grandfather, Raymond Kelley and Nana, Jan Dunn.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, November 21, 2015, at Crosspoint Church, 13678 Silverstone Drive in Fishers, with visitation beginning at 3:00 pm. Pastor Curt Walters will officiate.
