Prof. Dr. Anjir M. Pradhan, 69, of Kathmandu, Nepal, passed away on Monday, February 16, 2015 in Fishers, Indiana. He was born on December 9, 1945 to Ganga and Shubhadra (Shrestha) Pradhan in Kathmandu, Nepal. His parents preceded him in death.
Anjir was a Professor of Business Management at Tribhuvan University of Kathmandu, Nepal. He was also a scholar and a poet who used his poems to express human emotions like no other. Anjir was a loving husband, a loving father, and most of all, a very kind human being.
He is survived by his wife, Badan Pradhan; son, Pareej (Neelu) Pradhan; nephew, Rojal (Aarti) Pradhan; grandchildren, Liza Pradhan and Rhiti & Prasay Shrestha; sister-in-law, Laxmi Pradhan; and niece, Rojala (Pawan) Shrestha.
Services will be held at 2:30 pm on Thursday, February 19, 2015, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, in Noblesville, with visitation 1:00 pm to the time of service. Badri N. Shastri will officiate.
