Bessie Girtman
Bessie A. Girtman, 84, passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at St. Vincent Carmel Hospital. She was born on December 9, 1929 to Tony and Minnie (Cooper) King in Hamilton County, Indiana. Her parents precede her in death.
Bessie worked for Carmel Care Center in the cafeteria, and was a member of Lighthouse Tabernacle Church.
She is survived by her sons, Dale Girtman and Chris Girtman; three daughters, Beverly Girtman, Gwen Girtman, and Carolyn Prairie; brother, Tony King; sister, Betty Waters; 16 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 6:00 pm Friday, December 13, 2013 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 4:00 pm until the time of service. Rev. Stanley R. Sutton will officiate. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
