Bette L. Cox, 66 of Atlanta, Indiana passed away Saturday March 29, 2008 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville.
Bette was born October 2, 1941 in Michigan City, Indiana the daughter of Raymond E. Wilson Sr. and Delores (Bonebrake) Wilson. Bette had worked at Firestone Industrial Products in Noblesville. She was a member of East Union Christian Church, United Steel Worker #138, and Coachman Caravan Camping Club.
Bette is survived by her husband Doug Cox, three sons, Doug Jr. and his wife Susan Cox of Atlanta, IN, Ben and his wife Bernadette Cox of Noblesville, IN, and Allen and his wife Alesa Cox of Cicero, IN. A brother, Raymond E. Wilson, Jr. of Greentown, IN, and a sister Normalea Bedford of Clayton, IN. Three grandsons Vance, Kevin, and Alex Cox and a granddaughter, Amanda Shank as well as five great grandchildren also survive.
Visitation will be Monday March 31, from 4-8 pm at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home in Noblesville. Funeral services will be Tuesday April 1 at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Rev. Rex Dunning will officiate. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Lung Association.
