Betty J. Camp, 86, Noblesville, Indiana, passed away Thursday, September 2, 2010 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. She was born January 2, 1924 in Noblesville to Earl and Mary (Winkle) Purkey.
Betty had worked for Brockway Glass in Lapel and had also owned Our Kiln Ceramics Shop for 16 years.
She is survived by daughter, Julia (Don) Bailey; son, William J. Camp; two grandchildren, Scott (Angie) Bailey & Matt (Tona) Bailey; and five great-grandchildren, Payton, Clayton, Brinnlee, Nolan & Merrick.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, William Henry Camp in 1992; brother, Bill Purkey; and three sisters, Minnie Zook, Mary Alice McDole & Dorothy Moore.
Services will be held at 10:00AM on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home - Logan Street in Noblesville, with Pastor Jerry Snyder and Pastor Bill Thompson officiating. Friends may call Monday, September 6, 2010 from 5:00PM - 7:00PM. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
