Billie J. "Bug" Reese

Billie "Bug" J. (King) Reese, 85, of Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2015 surrounded by her family. She was born on June 17, 1929 to Nelson and Mattie Mae (Blevins) King in Seco, KY.
Billie was a homemaker and loved to crochet and spend time with her grandchildren. She attended the Baptist Church and loved meeting new people. She never met a stranger. She was known for her days as a star basketball player; and for her homemade biscuits.
She is survived by a daughter, Becky (Steven R.) Hess; nine grandchildren, including granddaughter, Cheryl Grant whom Billie raised; two sisters, Honey & Angel; several nieces & nephews; 23 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Charles Reese; son, Charles Nelson Reese; and daughter, Janie K. Ireland.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 18, 2015, at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road in Fishers, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am immediately prior to the service. Pastor Raymond Hood will officiate. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
