Billy Gatewood

Billy J. Gatewood, 65, of Noblesville, passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Riverview Hospital. He was born on September 19, 1948 to Bill and Louann (Dill) Gatewood in Noblesville.
Bill has owned and operated Gatewood Vegetable Farm since 1971. He also served in the Army reserves. Bill enjoyed working out in his market & the time he shared with his customers. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, traveling with family and friends, Nascar and Colts football.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy J. Gatewood; son, Bruce (Chelse) Gatewood of Noblesville; daughter, Kelli (Jim) Balke of Cicero; brothers, Jim (Kathy) Gatewood of Noblesville & David (Brenda) Gatewood of Arizona; grandchildren, Kendall & Bryce Gatewood; and several nieces & nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Kevin Lee Gatewood; and his step-father, Sam Craig.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 30, 2013, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, in Noblesville, with Chaplain Derek Hansen & Rev. Stephen Passmore officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 29, 2013 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
