Carol Ann Grady

Carol Ann Grady, 70, of Fishers, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Tampa General Hospital. She was born on February 7, 1947 to Robert and Florence (Myers) Ludy in Portland, Indiana.
Carol was a member of St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church. She enjoyed spending time in sunny Florida, and loved spending time with her friends and family.
Carol is survived by her daughter, Gwendolyn (Jim) Plew; mother, Florence Hamill; grandchildren, Camden, Callie and Carsen Plew; brother, Vern Ludy; sisters-in-law, Ann Grady, Rhonda Ludy and Bea Grady; several aunts & uncles; and lots of nieces & nephews and great-nieces & -nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Grady in 2015; father, Robert Ludy; and brother, Scott Ludy.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church, 11441 Hague Road in Fishers, with visitation one hour prior. Rev. Patrick Click will officiate.
