Carol Reid

Carol Reid, 85, of Noblesville, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at her home. She was born on April 7, 1939 to W.S. and Juanita (Courter) Woodmansee in Marion, Indiana. Carol was raised on a farm near Marion, Indiana.

Carol was a nurse receiving a degree from Indiana University. She was an active member of the North Harbour Gardening Club, and liked to go fishing and traveling. She was a Sunday School teacher and attended Bible Study. Carol had a strong faith in God through Jesus Christ. Her passion was taking care of her family, hosting family get-togethers, and planning family vacations.

She is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Reid; daughter, Pamela (John) LeCount; sons, Donald (Sarah) Reid and Gregory Reid; brothers, Allan (Betty) Woodmansee and Foster (Robyn) Woodmansee; daughter-in-law, Betsey Reid; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Douglas Reid.

Services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road in Noblesville. Visitation will follow the service until 12:30 pm at the funeral home. Private burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville at a later time.
