Casey Justin Sprouse

Casey Justin Sprouse, 34, of Carmel, passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2017. He was born on November 16, 1982 to Jerry and Joyce (Shellenbarger) Sprouse in Auburn, Indiana.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Kate Sprouse; twin 5-month old daughters, McKenna & Brynn; brothers, Chad (Amy) Sprouse and niece, Kaley and Clinton Sprouse; father & mother-in-law, David & Karen Klyczek; brother-in-law, Alex Klyczek; and his buddy, Ollie the dog.
Casey had been a project manager for LABCORP (formerly Covance) for the past five years. He received a bachelor of science degree from IU Bloomington, a master's degree in Health Administration from IUPUI; and earned a second MBA from University of Indianapolis. While he was attending IU, he was a founding member of Phi Kappa Sigma. He was a very patient man, a friend to everyone, and didn't have a mean bone in his body. He loved to travel and camp with friends and family; and he loved bacon, beer and ice cream. Most importantly, he was an amazing husband and father.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert & Annabell Shellenbarger and Charles & Bertha Sprouse.
Services will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church, 11441 Hague Road in Fishers with Rev. Patrick Click officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, February 24, 2017 at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road in Fishers, with an additional visitation from 10:00 am until time of service at the church on Saturday.
