Charlene May Krahn, 83, of Noblesville, passed away on Friday, November 5, 2010 at Prairie Lakes Health Campus in Noblesville. She was born on March 5, 1927 to Edwin and Freida Erickson in Duluth, Minnesota.
Charlene worked as a homemaker, a member of First United Methodist Church in Noblesville, and a volunteer at Crossroads Rehabilitation Center at Riverview Hospital.
She is survived by two daughters - Kay (Marty) Lambert and Karen (Mike) Ayres; four grandchildren - Mark (Desiree) Lambert, David (Christine) Lambert, Oliver (Emily) Ayres and Adam Ayres; and one great-grandchild - Lacey Lambert.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ted E. Krahn (Feb. 25, 2008) and brother, Gordon Erickson.
The family would like to thank Prairie Lakes Health Campus for their thoughtful care.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, November 8, 2010, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1685 Westfield Rd, in Noblesville, with Wayne Caldwell officiating. Visitation will be Monday, beginning at 12:00 PM prior to the service. Burial will be at Hamilton Memorial Park Cemetery in Noblesville.
