Charles R. "Bob" Barnette, 81, of Noblesville, passed away on Friday, December 7, 2012 at his home in Noblesville. He was born on August 25, 1931 to Hobart and Eunice (Bergen) Barnette in Pennington Gap, Virginia.
Bob was a retired Brick Mason for Jim Groff Construction Company. He was a member of Pentecostal Lighthouse Church in Noblesville
He is survived by wife, Eulayla (Parsons) Barnette; daughter, Jevetta (Richard) Harber, son, Bob (Heather) Barnette, sister, Anna Price, half-sister, Jean Shurlock, grandchildren; Jamie (Mike) Killmon, Josh (Ashley) Barnette, Brandon (Jen) Barnette and Austin Barnette, great-grandchildren, Landon Killmon and Adrianna Barnette,
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Alfred Barnette, Orville Barnette, and Ed Barnette, sisters; Kathleen Roberts and Mary Ellen Barnette, and a grandson, Ricky Harber.
Visitation will be Monday, December 10, 2012 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville. Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, December 11, 2012, at Pentecostal Lighthouse Church, 1765 Hannibal Street, in Noblesville, with Pastors Wilford Parsons and Alfred Parks officiating. Entombment will be at Hamilton Memorial Park Cemetery in Westfield.
