Charles Brattain
Charles E. Brattain, Jr., 69, Noblesville, passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. He was born April 11, 1939 in Noblesville to Charles E. and Dolly (Glaze) Brattain, Sr.
After 20 years of service, he had retired from the U.S. Air Force. He then worked for Firestone Industrial Products for eight years, and then at Chrysler for 16 years. He was a member of the NRA and UAW in Kokomo. He had been a member of the Friendship Baptist Church, in Noblesville.
He is survived by his wife, Marian "Willie" (Galloway) Brattain of Noblesville; one daughter, Lynn (Aaron) Lawhorn of Arcadia; two grandchildren, Melissa & Tyler Lawhorn of Arcadia; two sisters, Nyla (Norman) Mobley of Noblesville, and Beverly Prince of Arcadia; an aunt, Katherine Gray of Noblesville; and several nieces & nephews.
Services will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday, December 27, 2008 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home in Noblesville, with visitation from 11:00AM- 1:00PM prior to the service. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
