Charles "Chuck" Clark

Charles 'Chuck' W. Clark, 85, of Noblesville, passed away on January 28, 2013 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. He was born on June 4, 1927, in Scranton Iowa, son of Clarence and Adeline (Oxenford) Clark. Chuck was the oldest of three sons, including James Victor Clark and Jerry Clark.
Chuck was a proud Hawkeye graduating from the University of Iowa with a degree in Business. He was employed at Statesmen Insurance Group for many years, ending his career with the Charles Howard Insurance Agency. Chuck never knew a stranger, was active in his church, and was a Boy Scout leader. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather, and a friend of many.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Betty; sons, Jeffrey (Paula); Richard (Joy): David (Shelly), and Steven (Sara) Clark; daughters Leigh Anne (Everett) Layton and Karen (John) Elliott; grandchildren, Chad Clark, Caitlyn Clark, Jeremy Clark, Alexandra Clark, Amy Clark, Joshua Clark, Zachary Clark, Zoey Clark, George Elliott, Katherine Elliott and Jessica Elliott.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 31, 2013 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street in Noblesville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Union United Methodist Church or Boy Scout Troop #150 at the church, 19090 DeShane Avenue in Noblesville, IN 46060.
