Charley Byrd
Charley Richard Byrd, 77, Noblesville, passed away Thursday, February 26, 2009 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. He was born March 28, 1931 in Wise County, Virginia to the late William and Myrtle Lilly (Nash) Byrd.
Charley had worked for Delco-Remy and was a lifetime member of the Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by Stella Byrd and their children, Nathan Martin Byrd of Noblesville, William Richard Byrd of Indianapolis, Susan Yvonne Mullins of Winston Salem, NC, & Wyona Zetterberg of Noblesville, two brothers; three sisters; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Lester Byrd and Avis Byrd.
Services will be held at 3:00PM on Saturday, February 28, 2009 at White River Christian Church in Noblesville. Friends may call from 12:00PM - 3:00PM prior to the service. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
