Christopher J. Mangano, 57, of Fishers, passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at his home. He was born on October 2, 1956 to Joseph and Ellen (Harnett) Mangano in Chicago, Illinois.
Christopher worked as an underwriter for Indiana Lumbermens Insurance for four years. He was a former cub scouts leader, was a White Sox fan, and enjoyed biking. Most of all, Christopher was a family man, he enjoyed taking family vacations, and watching his youngest son play baseball.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jeanne Mangano; parents, Joseph & Ellen Mangano; sons, Christopher Jude Mangano Jr., Allen Mangano, and Joseph Mangano; siblings, Joseph (Jody) Mangano Jr., Kathleen (Nathan) Larson, Lawrence (Nora) Mangano, and Mary Ellen (Randall) Jones; and several nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rose & Cornelius Harnett, and Lawrence & Josephine Mangano; uncle, Lawrence Mangano (Brother Anselm OSB); aunt, Dolores Finnegan; and cousin, Suzanne Corrales.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, June 21, 2014, at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road, in Fishers, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am until the time of service.
