Clarence W. Brown, 86, of Noblesville, passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Prairie Lakes Health Campus in Noblesville. He was born on February 9, 1926 to Luther and Myrtie (Bromlee) Brown in Jamestown, Kentucky.
Clarence was retired from Chrysler Corporation where he had been a tool & die maker for 30 years. He proudly served his country with the US Army during WWII; and was a member of the Moose Lodge, American Legion and VFW. He loved boating and bass fishing and wintered in Florida.
He is survived by daughters, Patricia (Trish) Ed Wheatley and Connie Corbin; five grandchildren, Stacy Barry, Ryan Ireland, Dustin Richardson, Courtney Richardson and Kelly Hanna; four great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Geraldine Baggett, Mary Lu Baker Crist and Marie McClaine.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Brown; son, Danny Brown; and brother, Lawrence Brown.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, November 5, 2012, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 11:00 am prior to the service time. Pastor Doug Kizer will officiate.
Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
