Dario "John" Nunez

Dario Juan 'John' Nunez, 85, of Noblesville, passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at home. He was born on October 12, 1925 to Jose and Emma (Reyes) Nunez in Riberalta, Bolivia.
John had done missionary work in Bolivia and had been the hispanic pastor at Christ Community Church of Lamong. He had also been employed with North Central High School in the maintenance department; was a member of First Church of the Nazarene in Noblesville; a volunteer translator with Trinity Free Clinic in Carmel; loved to play soccer in Bolivia; walking into town and throughout Noblesville; and loved his grandchildren dearly. John was admired by both young and old.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Nancy Nunez; two daughters - Elena (Marlon) Vaughner & Juana (Chris) Clark; eight grandchildren - Jacob Clark & Joshua Clark, Elijah Smith & Isabella Smith, Dion, Mechelle, Elijah & Noah Vaughner; brother - Tito  Nunez; three sisters - Margarita Covarrubias, Lina Nunez & Nora Nunez; and several nieces & nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by six siblings.
Service will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, November 23, 2010, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1685 Westfield Road in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 4:00 PM prior to the service. Pastor Michael Ross will officiate the service. Burial will be on Wednesday, November 24 at 11:00 AM at Hamilton Memorial Park Cemetery in Noblesville, with Pastor Don McGee officiating.
