Darren Keith Thompson, 42, of Indianapolis, passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born on February 22, 1976 to Larry and Carolyn (Absher) Thompson at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Darren was Director of Business Development and worked in supply chain risk management. He was a member of Heartland Church, loved to smoke BBQ especially for family & friends, enjoyed playing his grandpa's guitar, and was an avid Atlanta Braves fan. Darren loved his fur kids, Coco, Hattie & Tucker.
He is survived by his loving wife, Abby Thompson; mother, Carolyn Thompson; sisters, Shelly Guzman-McIntyre (Bruce), and Kristy Green (Matt); nieces & nephews, Joshua, Nichole & Jessica Guzman, Jordan (Ann) & Matthew Guzman, and Logan & Ashley Green; great-nieces & great-nephews, Sophia & Mia Guzman, Aiden Green & Evalynn Camp-Green, and Alexa & Emma Guzman; in-laws, Kevin & Debbie McCoy; sister-in-law, Marissa (Ben) Lupo; nephews, Wesley & Eli Lupo; and a multitude of close friends.
Darren was preceded in death by his father, Larry Thompson; nephews, Nicholas Camp-Green and Christopher Green; and grandparents, Ellis & LaVerne Absher and Myers & Nina Thompson.
Services will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road in Noblesville, with visitation from 12:00 pm to the time of service. Pastor Seth Leeman and Pastor Colby Hill will officiate.
