Debra Chamberlain

Debra Janel (Fillinger) Chamberlain, 57, Albany, IN, formerly of Fishers, passed away Friday, June 20, 2008 at Albany Health Care & Rehab. Center in Albany. She was born January 31, 1951 in Williamson, West Virginia to Frances Elizabeth (Adair) and Enoch Lankis Fillinger.
Debra was a regional underwriting manager for CNA Insurance. She was a member of Insurance Women of Ohio; and a loan executive for the United Way of Central Ohio.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Chamberlain; son, Gary Chamberlain 2nd of Cicero, IN; daughter, Melissa Chamberlain of Albany, IN; mother, Frances Elizabeth Adair of Columbus, OH; sister, Diana Fillinger; two brothers, Enoch Fillinger & Dennis Fillinger; and six grandchildren, Jourdan, Justin, Jaxson, Preston, Layla, & Peyton.
She is preceded in death by her father, Enoch Lankis Fillinger; and a grandchild, Garison.
Services will be held at 1:00PM on Monday, June 23, 2008 at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary. Friends may call Sunday, June 22, 2:00 - 5:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
