Deena Granger

Deena Ann Granger, 66, of Noblesville, passed away on Monday, August 18, 2014 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. She was born on May 10, 1948 to Everett and Thelma (Sebring) Hampton in Noblesville, Indiana.
Deena was graduate of Noblesville High School, an assembly worker for Guide Lamp, then later a homemaker. She was a member of Bethel AME Church in Noblesville, a puzzler, and avid reader.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Jo Granger-Garcia; son, Christopher Lee Granger; grandchildren, Adidas Lee Granger, Joshua Layton Granger, Anton Joseph Granger, Taran Scott Granger, Josslyn Renee Granger, Evren Tyler Granger, Christian Xavier Garcia, and Aliyah Renee Wolf; siblings, Gary Lee Hampton, Danny Hampton, Keith Hampton, Steven Hampton, Carmelita Hampton, and Angela Hampton-Cunningham; five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Joe Granger, in 1983.
Services will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, August 23, 2014, at Bethel A.M.E. Church, 17777 Little Chicago Road, in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am until the time of service. Rev. Mallory H. Tarrance will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society for Hamilton County, 1721 Pleasant Street, Suite B, Noblesville, IN 46060.
