Denise L. Stephens

Denise L. Stephens, 66, of Indianapolis, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at Allisonville Meadows in Fishers, Indiana.  She was born on August 27, 1957 to Emery and Peggy (Kennedy) Woods in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Denise was very proud of her four grandchildren, enjoyed her cats, liked watching her favorite television shows, and copying down her favorite recipes in her beautiful handwriting.

She is survived by her son, Jason (Sarah) Gray; siblings, Kim Delk, Peggy (Ron) Wheeler, and Mike Riley; grandchildren, Alex Wible, Libby Gray, Matthew Gray, and Caroline Gray.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jeff Woods.

Denise's family has entrusted Randall & Roberts with her care. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery in Indianapolis at a later date.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023 at 1pm at Zionsville Presbyterian Church, 4775 W 116th St, Zionsville, IN  46077.
