Denny Gilbert

Denny Gilbert, 63, of Noblesville, passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at Riverwalk Village. He was born on January 18, 1951 to Ova and Opal (Browning) Gilbert in Greenfield, Indiana.
Denny proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for 2 years and in the Merchant Marine for 2 years during the Vietnam War. He worked as a semi truck driver for 30 years before retiring.
He is survived by his daughter, Christina Denell Neeb; sister, Barbara (Jerry) Baskin; brothers, Kenneth C. (Debra Darlene) Gilbert, Dave M. (Brenda) Gilbert, and James E. (Robin) Gilbert; sister-in-law, Sandy Gilbert; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Don & Billy Ray Gilbert.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, August 21, 2014, at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 11818 SR 32 East, in Noblesville, with Pastors Mark Lowe and Alan Schoeff officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 20, 2014 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, Noblesville. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery.
