Donald Gene Jeffers, 61, of Fishers, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2011. He was born on January 18, 1950 to Sterling and Emma (Parton) Jeffers in Oneida, TN.
Donald worked as a Produce Manager for Kroger retiring in 2010 with 44 years of service.
He is survived by wife, Sheri Jeffers of Fishers, Indiana; mother, Emma Jeffers; son, Donavon Jeffers; daughter, Mickie (Derick) Cofer; granchildren; Taylor Perkins, Luke Cofer, Owen Cofer, & Evan Cofer; sister, Betty (Joe) Henderson; brother, Ed Jeffers; sister, Brenda Jeffers; sister, Judy (Bob) Kaiser; sister, Kathy Hess, and brother, Joe Jeffers.
He was preceded in death by his father, Sterling Jeffers.
Memorial Services will be held at 10:30AM on Friday, January 28, 2011, at Burge Terrace Baptist Church, 9345 Brookville Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46239.
