Doris "Daphine" Chance

Doris "Daphine" Chance, 82, of Noblesville, Indiana passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at Riverwalk Village in Noblesville, Indiana. She was born April 13, 1926 in Floydada, Texas to Blanche Delilah (Blum) and Samuel Allen Lide.
Doris was a member of the Refuge Christian Church. She also enjoyed making crafts, gardening, and interior decorating.
She is survived by husband, Kenneth Chance of Noblesville, Indiana; son, David Allen (Nancy S.) Chance of Noblesville, Indiana; daughter Sharon Denise (Roger) Phillips of Noblesville, Indiana; sister Delilah Odean Gearhart of Amarillo, Texas; grandchildren Christopher Ryan (Ashley) Chance and Shawn Allen (Crystal) Phillips; and nieces Tracey & Cathy (Gearhart) Tennison and Melissa (Gearhart) & Rick Williams.
Doris is preceded in death by her parents and her niece, Phyllis (Gearhart) Turner.
Friends may call Thursday, October 30, from 4:00 to 8:00PM at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home in Noblesville, IN.  A private burial ceremony will be held for family members at a later date.
