Dulcy Catherine Parker

Dulcy Catherine Parker, 96, of Frankfort, passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Wesley Manor in Frankfort. She was born on July 11, 1918 to Thomas and Nancy (Shackleford) Robbins in Evarts, Kentucky. Dulcy was a homemaker, and had also been a cook and dietitian at various nursing homes.
She is survived by children, Wilburn (Barbara) Parker, Marvin Parker, Willis Parker, Cassie Darlene (Jeffery) Laughtner, Danny (Linda) Parker, and David (Lonette) Parker; and 88 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bradley Parker who passed away in 1975; and three daughters, Anna Hughes, Laura McElroy, and Mary Sue Orchett.
Services will be held at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am immediately prior to the service. Rev. Ed Hobelman will officiate. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
