Edna Brooks

Edna M. (Roudebush) Brooks, 91, of Noblesville, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville. She was born on May 18, 1921 to Ralph and Ethyl (Snyder) Roudebush in Arcadia.
Edna had been a child care provider and was a member of Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Westfield.
She is survived by daughter, Peggy (Steven) Nation; sons, Bill Brooks & Mike (Carole) Brooks; daughter-in-law, Peggy Beaver; sisters, Wilma Roudebush, Helen Blakeslee & Marilyn Mitchell; brother, Richard Roudebush; grandchildren, Jennifer (Tom Costello) Brooks, Emily Brooks, Gabe (Ann) Brooks, Aaron Brooks, John (Lindsey) Brooks; Nathan Brooks, Jeffrey Pond & Laura (Brandon) Bennett; and, four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, John A. Brooks; and nine brothers & sisters.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 5, 2013, at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 4283 East 191st Street in Westfield, with visitation beginning at 9:00 am immediately prior to the service. Pastor Timothy Krupski will officiate. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
