Edna J (Hatcher) Stoops Warren, 94, Arcadia, passed away Monday, November 30, 2009 at Riverwalk Village in Noblesville. She was born August 5, 1915 in St. Maries, Idaho. Her parents, Elmer and Molly (Johnson) Hatcher preceed her in death.
Edna was a homemaker. She was a 47-year member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary; a member of American Legion #45, and the Noblesville Moose Lodge.
She is survived by son, John E Stoops; daughter, Roseanne Perry; son, Douglas Stoops; daughter, Karen Beeson; son, Robert Allen Stoops; son, James Herman; brother, Tom Hatcher; sister, Fleeta Sams; sister, Mabel Davis; sister, Lois Brender; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren & great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two husbands, John Lawrence Stoops and Marshall Warren; sons, Lee Roy Stoops, Jackie Stoops & Elmer Stoops; daughter, Dorothy Mae Thompson; sister, Lora Pheanis; and brother, George Hatcher.
Services will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday, December 5, 2009 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home in Noblesville, with Rev. Harold Barnett officiating. Friends may call Friday, December 4, 4:00 - 8:00PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
