Edward L. Pipkin

Edward Leigh Pipkin, 62, Carmel, passed away Monday, August 3, 2009 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born August 11, 1946 in Huntington, Tennessee to Richard and Martha Fay (Cox) Pipkin. His mother precedes him in death.
Edward was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Scottish Rite. He loved music and politics.
He is survived by his wife, Nellie Ann (Ball) Pipkin of Carmel; father, Richard (Nancy) Pipkin of Fishers; sons, Stephen Leigh (Michelle) Pipkin of Louisville, KY, Jeffrey Alan (Gina) Pipkin of New Palestine, IN, & Benjaman Leigh Pipkin of Carmel; sisters, Dorothy (Stephen) Lamond & Theresa Langley; grandchildren, Austin & Alysa Pipkin, & Tyler, Brooke & Ashley Pipkin; and several nieces & nephews and great-nieces & nephews.
Services will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, August 7, 2009 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 11:00AM prior to the service. Burial will be at Farley Cemetery in Carmel.
