Edythe Herreman, 98, of Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2013 at Riverwalk Village. She was born on April 4, 1915 to Walter and Stella (Renard) Flack in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Edythe attended Washington High school. Her first marriage was to A. Philip Summers on June 10, 1939. Her second marriage was to Walter Herreman on July 1, 1971. She was a homemaker and then employed in secretarial work for 15 years, retiring in 1976. She lived in Speedway for 62 years, and was a member of Speedway Christian Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda (Bill) Hill; brother, Walter (Virginia) Flack; step-children, Geoffory, Gregory (Claudia), Brian (Cynthia) & Anita Herreman; 6 step-grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 5 nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Steven Summers; and sister, Thelma Henderson.
Services will be held at 12:00 noon on Thursday, October 3, 2013, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 11:00 am until the time of service. Rev. Joe Ridenour will officiate. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery in Indianapolis.
