Elsie Andrews

Elsie M. Andrews, 99, of Avon, passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2011 at Hendricks Regional Health in Danville, IN. She was born on August 8, 1912 to William and Lily (Fisher) Frye in Noblesville, IN.Elsie attended and was active in the First Church of the Nazarene in Noblesville. She is survived by her granddaughter & caregiver, Anita Gillum of Avon, IN; daughter, Joyce Baldwin of Joplin, MO; niece, Mary Ann Parnell Sturgeon of Anderson, IN; 3 additional grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Elsie was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Ned Andrews in 2001; daughter, Carol Oaldon; son, Stephen Andrews; and sister, Halcy Pierce. Services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 7, 2011, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville, with Brother Robert Donham officiating. Visitation will begin 1 hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
