Evelyn M. Lamaster Frick, 85, of Carmel, passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at home, in Carmel. She was born on January 12, 1925 to Luther and Rose Etta (Wisehart) Cole in Cadiz, Indiana.
Evelyn had worked for Central Packing at Western Electric for 25 years. She was a member of First Church of God in Noblesville and Telephone Pioneers of America, and was an avid Pacers fan.
Evelyn is survived by 4 sons - Jerry (Linda) Lamaster of Fortville, Ivan (Dolores) Lamaster of Anderson, Bruce (Barbara) Lamaster of Lapel, and Mark (Thelma) Lamaster of Noblesville; a daughter - Shirley Campbell of Noblesville; 3 step-sons - Robert Frick, Gary Frick and Terry Frick; step-daughter - Karen Maines; 4 brothers - Jim (Eleanor) Cole, Gerald (Pam) Cole, Jack (June) Cole, and Larry (Sheila) Cole; 2 sisters - Pat Dickerson and Marcella (Howard) Parker; sister-in-law - Eileen Cole; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband - Donald Lamaster; her second husband - Lowell Gene Frick; daughter - Sandra Lamaster; brother & sister-in-law - Bill & Ruby Cole; brother - George Cole; brother - Robert Cole; and sister & brother-in-law - Crystal & Forrest Zollman.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 9, 2010 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville. Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, October 18, 2010, at the funeral home, with an additional calling prior to the service, beginning at 12:00 Noon. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
