Fern H. Thoman

Fern H. Thoman, 88, of Delray Beach, FL died Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at Delray Medical Center. She was born on October 23, 1927 to Roy Glen and Marie (Patzer) Helm in Terraville, South Dakota.
Mrs. Thoman was employed by Indiana Bell Telephone Company for 30 years and retired in 1977. She then worked for Bolden's Cleaners in Noblesville for another 30 years, retiring in 2008 at the age of 80. Mrs. Thoman was a member of Noblesville First United Methodist Church and Indiana Bell Pioneers.
She is survived by two sons, Greg Thoman of Kokomo and Jeff (Amy) Thoman of Delray Beach, FL; a brother, Herb Helm of Kokomo; grandchildren, Chris Thoman and Cory Thoman of Austin, TX, and April Thoman of Delray Beach, FL; and several nieces & nephews.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Thoman was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Thoman; and three brothers, Charles Helm, John Helm and James Helm.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, June 13, 2016 at Crown Point Cemetery in Kokomo.
