Flora Norris

Flora Mae 'Sis' Norris, 91, of Noblesville, formerly of Cadiz, Ohio and Leesburg Florida, passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville. She was born on May 17, 1919 to William Lee Roy and Flora (Waller) Smith in Emerson, Ohio.
'Sis' worked as a Ware Dresser for Scio Pottery in Ohio for several years. She enjoyed traveling and square dancing with her husband, Vernon, who passed away in 2005. She also enjoyed spending time with their children and grandchildren; and was a member of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by a daughter, Constance Tacosik of Fishers, Indiana; a son, Kendall (Amy) Norris, of Ohio; a brother, Carl (Marge) Smith; five grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Joseph Tacosik.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, March 15, 2011, at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road, in Fishers, Indiana.
