Frances Hughes

Frances V. Hughes, 95, of Noblesville, passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at Prairie Lakes Health Campus in Noblesville. She was born on June 2, 1918 to Albert and Monell (Conley) Moon in Sheridan, IN.
Frances was a homemaker; a member of Sheridan Christian Church; and a 50+ member of the Cicero OES. She enjoyed sewing, baking, gardening and crafts; and was active in the Deming Women's Club.
She is survived by daughter, Deborah (Norman) Goode; daughter-in-law, Ginny Hughes; three sisters, Doris Beaver, Esther White & Lillian (Clyde) Tidwell; brother, Charles Moon; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, John E. Hughes; sons, John E. Hughes & Robert A. Hughes; daughter-in-law, Carol Hughes; brother, Walter Moon;and an infant grandson.
Services, beginning with an Eastern Star service, will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, July 20, 2013, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 11:00 am immediately prior to the service. Rev. Stanley R. Sutton will officiate. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
