He is survived by mother, Kristine Blaszyk; sister, Lisa Rose; niece, Rachel Rose; grandmother, Dorothy Cegielski; aunt, Kerry Engler; and six cousins.
He is preceded in death by his step-father, Roy Blaszyk; and his grandfather, Harold Cegielski.
Private family services will be held.
