Fred C. Carson, 66, Noblesville, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2009 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born May 23, 1942 in Noblesville.
Fred was a Noblesville Police Office until 1976. He had worked as a realtor for Garrick Mallory & Lora Wynn before opening Carson Reality in Noblesville. He was currently employed with Securitas, at the Noblesville Firestone Plant. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police.
Norma Jean and Fred were married on October 31, 1969.
He is survived by his wife, Norma Jean Carson; mother, Margaret (Sylvester) Harris; daughters, Dorothy (Gene) Castle & Teresa (Jon) Hall; half-sister, Helen (Steve) Chambers; five grandchildren, Brandi Castle, Robert (Kristi) Castle, Spec. David Castle, Brittney (Josh) Turner, & Erin Hall; two step-granddaughters, Lorie Graham & Bridget Castle; two great-grandchildren, Mathew Castle & Lillian Turner; four step-great-grandchildren, Jordan, Jacob, Justin Castle & Shanntelle Castle; three very special nieces, Glenna (Frank) Mills, Jeannie (Michael) Hull & Susie (Gabe) Renner; several other special nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews; aunt Betty Woodrum, Marvin Sylvester, and cousin Larry Sylvester & wife Louann.
His father, Walter Carson precedes him in death.
Services will be held at 1:00PM on Thursday, April 23, 2009 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home in Noblesville, with Rev. Thomas Chapman officiating. Friends may call Wednesday, April 22, 4:00 - 8:00PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Carey Cemetery.
