Fred L. James

Fred Lee James, 77, of Indianapolis, was born on October 11, 1946 and promoted to his eternal life on November 22, 2023. He was born in Noblesville, Indiana to William James and Eva James Bailey.

Fred was a pastor and also worked various jobs for the State of Indiana. He attended Church At The Crossing in Indianapolis. He loved the Lord, his family, friends, sports, and books. Fred was a loving and devoted son, brother, husband, and father. 

He leaves behind his son, Stephen James; daughter, Karen James; and brother, Ronald Pouch.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda James; and brother, David James.

Services will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday December 2, 2023 at Church At The Crossing, 9111 Haverstick Road, Indianapolis, IN 46240.  Visitation will be from 10:00 am to the time of service at the church.  Burial will be at Maplewood Cemetery in Anderson.
