Gary Wesley Griffith

Gary Griffith, 76, of Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. He was born on August 7, 1940 to Wesley and Esther (Egli) Griffith in Trenton, Iowa.
Gary proudly served his country in the United States Navy, and retired from working as a computer consultant, mostly in the health field. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin, and received a Master's degree from Northern Illinois University. Gary was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Noblesville, and a long-time member of the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir. He enjoyed music, gardening, traveling, woodworking, and his family.
Gary is survived by his wife, Jeri Griffith; son, Michael Griffith of Cookeville, TN; sister, Dana (Don) Maxfield of Decorah, IA; brother, Jonathan Griffith of Portland, OR; aunt & uncle, Lois & Burt Titus of Ventura, CA; brothers-in-law, Douglas (Margo) Klewin of Brisbane, AUS, and Kenneth (Sylvia) Klewin of Naperville, IL; nine nieces & nephews; several great-nieces & -nephews; and several great-great-nieces & -nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, LaVonne Hopkins.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at First Presbyterian Church of Noblesville, 1207 Conner Street in Noblesville, with visitation one hour prior.
