Gary Lee Parkos, 71, of Noblesville, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at Riverwalk Village with his wife by his side. He was born on July 12, 1948 to the late Charles and Vivian (Bowers) Parkos in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

Gary graduated from MATC in Madison, Wisconsin in 1972 with an Associate Degree in Business Administration-Accounting. He worked in Restaurant Management for 40 plus years. Gary owned several of his own restaurants in the 1970's. He retired in 2013 from King Systems. Gary was humble, kind, honest and hilarious. He enjoyed traveling with his wife and cooking for everyone. Gary was known for his Jambalaya and Chili. He enjoyed watching sports and was an avid fan of the Indianapolis Colts. Gary would always look for an adventure.

Gary will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 25 years, Jenny; and his daughters, Jen (Jeff) Danesis and Kaylee Parkos. Gary will also be fondly remembered by his two grandchildren, Jonah and Evie; his brothers and sisters, Patty Johnston, Bert Parkos, Shirley (Keith) Ayer, Trudy (Emerson) Gard, Roger (Nancy) Parkos and Linda (Gilbert) Bloom; his nephews and nieces in Noblesville, Brian (Toni) Ayer, Cheryl (Steven) Morrow, Tim Ayer, and Allison (Dave) Moss; many nephews and nieces, great-nephews and -nieces, and great-great-nephews and -nieces; as well as extended family and friends.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Ronnie; his sister, Nancy; his brother-in-law, John; his sister-in-law, Chuckie; and his brother-in-law, Bracken.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Gary's family has entrusted Randall & Roberts Funeral Homes with his care.
