Gavin David Forys, stillborn infant of Rebecca E. Walker and Collin R. Forys of Mc Cordsville, was delivered on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
In addition to his parents, Gavin is survived by grandparents, Robert & Jodi Forys, Traci Edick, and Michael & Shirley Walker; and several aunts & uncles and other family members.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road in Fishers, with visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.
Memorial contributions may be made to March of Dimes, Indiana Chapter, 6330 E. 75th Street, Suite 306, Indianapolis, IN 46250.
