Gavin Montgomery

Gavin A. Montgomery, 21, Noblesville, passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at Peyton Manning St. Vincent Children's Hospital in Indianapolis. Gavin was born November 26, 1987, in Indianapolis.
Gavin graduated with academic honors from Noblesville High School, the class of 2006. Gavin had been accepted in the School of Engineering at Purdue University and was a member of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity.
Gavin is survived by his mother Karen Montgomery, brother, Chase Montgomery, grandparents, Phillip & Joanne Shafer, all of Noblesville;  uncle & aunt, Douglas & Vicki Shafer of Fishers; cousins, Hilary & Brooke Shafer; and great-aunt, Jeanne Simons. Gavin was devoted to his girlfriend, Katie Noah.
Services will be held at 10:30AM on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home in Noblesville, with Pastor Jeff Gammon and Pastor David Nicholson officiating. Friends may call Friday, January 9, 5:00 - 8:00PM, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
