Geneva E. Wells, 76, of Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at home. She was born on August 14, 1936 in Carthage, Indiana.
Geneva retired in 2000 after 37 years at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, where she had worked in housekeeping. She was a member of Calvary Apostolic Church in Noblesville. Her greatest joys were soul-winning, singing in the choir, fundraising and reading God's Word.
She is survived by her mother, Laura (Loveall) Reed; children, Gary W. (Doris) Jones, Sandra Jones, Larry Blankenship, Terry (Judy) Blankenship, Charles V. Jones, Laura E. Moore and Tammy J. (Bryan L.) Reynolds; siblings, Connie (Charles) Tucker, Danny (Jan) Wells, Becky Brodeman, Jerry (Marlene) Wells, Lloyd Dean Wells and Candace (Mike) Pollitt; grandchildren, Jeremy McCubbins, Joshua McCubbins, Jenny Blanchette, Skye Blankenship, Charles T. Jones, Deirdre Howard, Clinton W. Jones, Arin Dudley, Andrea Moore, Tabatha Jo McKinney and Justin Simpson; and great-grandchildren, Christian, Jacob & Logan McCubbins, Brianna Anderson, Elizabeth Anderson, Dawson Howard, Bennett Howard, Ian Jones, Chloe Jones, Braedyn Dudley, Josiah Montez McKinney and Justice Ryan Barnette.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by siblings, Richard Wells, James Wells and Nina Jo Wells.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, February 11, 2013, at Calvary Apostolic Church, 16400 Cumberland Road, in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 11:00 am immediately prior to the service. Elder Garry D Streeval will officiate. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
