Gladys Statzer
Gladys V. Statzer, 95, of Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2011 at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville. She was born on December 14, 1915 to Fairley and Ermine (Perkins) Sutton in Noblesville, Indiana.
Gladys had been a cook at Turtle Creek Nursing Home in Noblesville (which is now Riverwalk Village Nursing Home). She was a member of Noblesville Church of Christ and WAR Mothers of Noblesville.
She is survived by seven daughters, Nelda Franklin, Hope A. Andrews, Joyce S. Ramsey, Jewell I. Martin, Kitty B. Moore, Hilda J. Warner & Dixie S. Eldridge; two sons, Lavern P. Statzer & Sid F. Statzer; sister, Vera Morgan; and 223 grandchildren, great-grandchildren & great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Frank Statzer who passed away in 1977.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, November 27, 2011, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm prior to the service. Tony Eldridge will officiate. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
