Harold D. Funkhouser Jr.

Harold D. Funkhouser Jr., 84 of McCordsville, died peacefully in his sleep on December 1, 2023 at Hamilton Trace in Fishers. A native of Indianapolis, he worked his entire career as a pipefitter at Western Electric/AT&T Technologies both in Indianapolis and Richmond, Virginia.  He was a member of the Fishers Church of Christ where he served as a song leader.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Davidson Funkhouser; his sister, Peggy Funkhouser Stotts of Danville; his two children, Neil R. Funkhouser of New York City and Lynn E. England of Fishers; his grandchildren, Matthew England (Katie) of Roland, Iowa, and Caitlin England (Brendan Smith) of Fishers; and one great-grandson, Andrew B. England of Roland, Iowa. 

He was predeceased by his first great-grandchild, Charlotte Lynn England, of Roland, Iowa.

Visitation will be from 9:30 am to 11:00 am, with services at 11:00 am, on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road, in Fishers.
