Harold Schneider

Harold Schneider, 81, of Fishers, passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at home. He was born on February 1, 1931 to Henry and Irene (Kirkhoff) Schneider in Indianapolis.
Harold had owned H. D. Schneider Electric Company for 25 years, and then had joined Barth Electric for the remainder of his career. He proudly served his country with the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church in Fishers, the Mud Creek Players, Indianapolis Athletic Club and an Associate Member of the Indianapolis Sailing Club. He was an avid golfer and a member of various golf clubs over the years; and he loved I. U. Basketball.
He is survived by wife, Nellie (Pitzer) Schneider; daughters, Kimberly Schneider & Karen (William) Brown; granddaughter, Ashleigh Brown; and grandson, Evan Brown.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Francis Schneider.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 am on Saturday, December 22, 2012, at St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church, 11441 Hague Road in Fishers with Father John Kiefer officiating. Visitation will be Friday, December 21, 2012 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road, Fishers.
