Hazel Kathleen Mundy, 93, of Westfield, passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at her home. She was born on January 18, 1923 to George and Mary (Small) Bauer in Hamilton County, Indiana.
Hazel is survived by her children, Dennis Mundy, Trudy (Mike) Wagner, and Robert Mundy; grandchildren, Kevin Wagner and Kelly Wagner; and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Mundy; and son, Darrel Mundy.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, August 15, 2016 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road in Noblesville, with visitation from 12:00 Noon to the time of service. Rev. Stanley R. Sutton will officiate. Burial will be at Summit Lawn Cemetery in Westfield.
