Helen Lord

Helen Lord, 97, of Noblesville, passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. She was born on July 26, 1916 to Robert and Margaret (Choinski) Albrecht in Savanna, Illinois.
Helen was the co-owner of Lord's Restaurant and Lord's Furniture Finishing & Repair, both in Noblesville. She had also worked at Mr. Ed's Clothing Store in Noblesville. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Noblesville; and very much enjoyed reading, candy, ice cream and her family.
She is survived by her daughters, Barbara (John) Erney and Peggy (Roger) Fulton; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Almore Edward Lord; two grandsons, Jeffrey & Joshua; two brothers; and two sisters.
Services will be held at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at Christ Lutheran Church, 10055 East 186th Street, in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am immediately prior to the service. Rev. Adrian Piazza will officiate. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
